Industries We Do Not Fund

AltFunds Global maintains strict compliance and ethical standards. We do not provide funding or advisory services to businesses operating in, or associated with, the following sectors or activities.

1. Financial & Speculative Activities

• Cryptocurrency & Virtual Asset Businesses – crypto exchanges, token sales, DeFi platforms, NFT marketplaces
• Unlicensed Financial Services – money transmitters, check-cashing, payday lenders, FX dealers without licences
• Unregulated Forex & Binary Options Brokers – unlicensed trading, speculative derivatives, or retail investor exploitation
• Pyramid Schemes, MLMs & Ponzi Structures – any business model based on recruitment incentives rather than genuine product sales
• Shell Companies or Anonymous Entities – especially those in offshore or high-risk jurisdictions

2. Adult, Gambling & Controlled Substances

• Gambling & Online Betting – casinos, sports betting, online poker, lotteries
• Adult Entertainment – pornography, escort services, adult streaming or live-cam platforms
• Pornographic Publications or Sex Toys – particularly where tied to adult content distribution
• Cannabis & Controlled Substances – unless fully legal and licensed under local and international law

3. Weapons, Tobacco & Cash-Intensive Businesses

• Weapons & Ammunition – firearms, explosives, military or paramilitary equipment, arms trading
• Tobacco, Vaping & E-Cigarettes – manufacturers, distributors, or retailers of nicotine products
• Cash-Intensive Businesses – used-car dealerships, pawnshops, jewellery and precious-metal traders
• Cigarette & Alcohol Wholesalers in High-Risk Regions – due to smuggling and tax-evasion concerns

4. Human Rights, Environmental & Ethical Concerns

• Human Trafficking, Child Labour or Exploitative Industries – any business associated with violations of human rights
• Environmental or Extractive Activities with Legal/ESG Violations – unlicensed mining, logging, or oil drilling in protected regions
• Illegal or Counterfeit Goods – grey-market products, fake luxury items, unlicensed pharmaceuticals

5. Political & Jurisdictional Restrictions

• High-Risk Jurisdictions & Sanctioned Countries – any operations tied to sanctioned entities or countries under FATF or OFAC lists
• Political, Religious, or Extremist Organisations – groups promoting hate, discrimination, or illegal political activity
• Escort or Massage Services with Sexual Content – even if legal locally, generally excluded for reputational reasons
