Buy a cash-flowing U.S. business.Without betting your savings on the wrong one.
A 90-day live acquisition execution program for buyers who are serious about owning an established business, and serious about not destroying their financial position to do it. Ten participants. Eight weekly sessions. Real deal support through Day 90.
Ten participants per cohort. Once those ten seats are filled, enrollment closes.

“This program does not promise a completed acquisition. It promises a structured process that gives you the best possible chance of completing the right one, and the discipline to walk away from the wrong one.”
Why most acquisition attempts fail before due diligence
You found a business. Now what? Most buyers who reach a specific target make the same four mistakes, in the same order:
They evaluate the business before they know what they can safely buy. They negotiate price before they understand their three-bucket cost exposure. They fall in love with a company before they have read a single financial statement. By the time they reach the capital conversation, the structure is wrong and the timeline is broken.
The program is built around the four decisions that experienced acquirers make first, and that most first-time buyers skip entirely.
The buyers who overpay, undercapitalize, and close on the wrong business are not less intelligent than the ones who don't. They just started without a system.

Who this is for
Existing operators ready to acquire
You run a business or team today and you want to own another one: a tuck-in, an adjacent market, or a platform company. You understand operating leverage. You want a structured process, not a hunch.
Experienced managers and executives becoming owners
You have spent years running P&Ls, divisions, or teams for other people. You are ready to own the outcome. You have credible experience in operations, finance, or an industry. You are not starting from zero, you are starting from a foundation.
First-time buyers with real operating experience
You are not new to business responsibility. You have managed people, budgets, or revenue. You want to buy an established company, not start one. You are willing to build a pipeline, make calls, request documents, and walk away when the evidence says to.
Who this is not for
This program is not the right fit for everyone, and we would rather you know that before you enroll.
- Someone looking for passive income without operating responsibility.
- Someone expecting AltFunds Global to find the business, make the decision, or guarantee financing.
- Someone unwilling to commit five to seven hours each week outside the live session.
- Someone with no plan for professional transaction costs or post-closing liquidity.
- Someone who needs every target to qualify, or is unwilling to walk away from a business that does not meet the standard.
Eight decisions. Eight weeks.

Taimour Zaman
Founder of AltFunds Global, a financial advisory firm operating from Toronto, Canada and Zurich, Switzerland. Twelve years in structured finance, working on files from $1 million to $500 million. AltFunds Global is not a lender and not a fund. The firm structures the capital file and connects the right capital provider to the right transaction.
Taimour is the program director for every cohort. He runs the eight live sessions, chairs the Deal Rooms, and writes the Capital Assessment personally. The program exists because he watched capable buyers lose good acquisitions to the same four decisions, made in the wrong order.
Questions
No. The program does not make equity, transaction expenses, liquidity, guarantees, working capital, or third-party approvals disappear. It helps you test whether a qualified acquisition can be structured without exposing your savings to a transaction the business cannot support.
No. Starting with one target can create attachment before the facts are known. You will build a pipeline and narrow it through evidence. The program is designed to take you from a blank sourcing slate to a documented decision.
No. You source and choose the businesses. We provide the system, scripts, comparative analysis, and execution support. The sourcing is yours; the framework is ours.
No financing, insurance, investor capital, seller participation, or completed acquisition is guaranteed. We prepare the file and framework for serious third-party review. Every capital source makes an independent decision.
That can be the correct outcome. You retain the system, pipeline, models, and replacement-target process. Avoiding a bad acquisition is a result. A written Documentation Gap Memorandum explains exactly what would need to change.
Plan on approximately five to seven hours each week outside the live session. Weeks 2 through 4 carry the heaviest sourcing and outreach burden. Weeks 5 through 8 carry more document review and decision work. An active transaction can require additional time from you and your independent advisers.
You retain all tools and your decision file. There is no automatic extension. Any further advisory, capital, or transaction support requires a separate written scope and fee.
The enrollment agreement states the final payment, refund, cancellation, transfer, confidentiality, privacy, and participation terms before payment is collected.
Ten participants. One 90-day execution process. The objective is not to sell you certainty. It is a documented system, eight decision outputs you keep, and the discipline to walk away from the wrong business. If that fits your goals and your ability to execute, secure your seat.
AltFunds Global provides education, transaction-analysis frameworks, and decision support. It does not guarantee financing, capital, insurance, seller participation, ownership, income, returns, or a completed acquisition. Legal, accounting, diligence, tax, valuation, insurance, lender, equity, guarantee, working-capital, liquidity, and closing requirements may apply. Every external professional and capital source makes an independent decision.
