Sound familiar?
  • The agent, broker or seller won't move without proof of funds, and two good deals are stalled at the door.
  • You don't want strangers reading your bank statements just to get a seat at the table.
  • The counterparty looks polished. The bank letter looks real. Something still feels off.
  • Someone wants a fee "to start the process".
  • You've been passed between brokers who forwarded your file and added nothing.
  • You're approved for part of a large deal, and the next conversation is the one that decides whether you get the rest.
  • Big decisions, and nobody experienced on your side of the table.

This door is for principals who would rather pay for proper preparation than walk in hoping to be believed.

The door

What this door is

Three independent, paid engagements. You can retain any of them without engaging AltFunds Global on a transaction, and many clients do. Each has its own scope, written deliverables and price, agreed in writing before work begins.

If you're already approved for part of a deal, these services help you walk into the next conversation ready. AltFunds Global engineers the capital stack after the first approval, and preparation is where that starts.

Who this is for

Principals heading into material transactions

This is for verified operating businesses and principals with complete documentation, a credible use of funds, and a clear repayment or exit strategy. It is not a promise of financing or approval.

These services suit principals heading into material transactions: acquisitions, real estate, commodity and trade deals, private placement or managed buy/sell offers, bank instrument authentication, executive vetting, and joint ventures where independent confirmation of the other party is not already in hand.

Our role

What AltFunds Global does, and doesn't do

We do:

  • Coordinate bank-issued proof of funds that your counterparty can verify at the bank.
  • Advise you one-to-one on structure, documentation and counterparties, with a compliance-first approach.
  • Commission independent background verification and deliver a written report.

We don't:

  • Lend. Proof of funds is verification, not financing.
  • Hold your funds. Engagements that involve funds run through escrow.
  • Promise an outcome. Banks decide what they issue, and you decide what to do with the facts.

AltFunds Global is an independent consulting firm. We are not a bank, lender, broker-dealer, fund or registered financial adviser.

How it works

Four steps, and you decide at each one

  1. Qualify. Answer a short set of questions in the Capital Concierge, or book an introductory call.
  2. Scope. We agree what you need, what you'll receive and what it costs, in writing, before any work begins.
  3. Deliver. The bank issues, the advisory begins, or the investigation runs, depending on the service.
  4. Decide. You use the result on your terms. Nothing moves forward without your approval, and you can pause the deal process anytime.
Timeline

Agreed with you up front

Each engagement's scope and delivery plan is agreed with you in writing up front. Bank-issued proof of funds runs on the issuing bank's schedule. Plan for 20 to 120 banking days, starting once the bank confirms the file is complete. Any financing that follows also runs 20 to 120 banking days, starting once the provider confirms the file is complete. If your counterparty has a deadline, tell us at the start so you can judge whether this is the right tool.

Fees

Paid services, priced in writing

These are paid services, and pricing is agreed in writing before work begins.

  • Proof of Funds: priced per instrument and size band. Payment runs through escrow.
  • Direct Access to Taimour: introductory call $297, refunded at funded close and waived when you upload your documents through the Capital Concierge before the call. Then a monthly advisory retainer of CHF 12,500, with a 3-month minimum, prepaid.
  • Background Verification: a flat fee, scoped by the number of subjects and the jurisdictions involved.
  • If your deal moves into one of AFG's financing programmes: AFG is paid when the bank, lender, or private equity source sends the funds, under terms set out separately in writing.

Independent third-party costs (bank, escrow, legal or specialist records), when required, are disclosed separately in writing. They are paid to those professionals, not to AFG.

Common questions

What operators ask before engaging

A statement shows a balance on one day, and it shows everything. A Bank Comfort Letter paired with an Authorization to Verify confirms funds availability for a specific transaction, in a form counterparties accept. The other side can verify it directly with the issuing bank.
No. It is bank-issued verification, not a loan. If what you actually need is capital, we'll tell you so and point you to the right door.
Every price is agreed in writing before work begins. Proof of funds payments run through escrow, and deliverables are verifiable at the issuing bank. No one at AFG will ask for a fee to "release" anything.
SBLC strategy and instrument verification, private capital advisory with regulated counterparties, capital raising (structure, documentation, funding narrative), compliance and documentation alignment, and counterparty verification. It is one-to-one and compliance-first, not generic coaching.
Before you join a private placement or managed buy/sell transaction, authenticate a bank instrument, vet an executive, or enter a real estate joint venture, whenever independent confirmation of the other party is not already in hand. The best time is before the first wire.
They are independent. You can retain any of them without engaging AFG on a transaction. If you later do, financing programme terms are set out separately in writing.
You control every decision in the deal process. Nothing moves forward without your approval, and you can pause anytime. Engagement-specific terms, including how the advisory retainer ends, are set out in your engagement letter.

Walk in prepared

Tell us what's at stake, who's on the other side and what they're asking for. We'll recommend the service that fits, and price it in writing before any work begins.
