AltFunds Global
EXIT-BASED LENDING

Stop Presenting to Gatekeepers. Start Dealing With Decision-Makers.

You have the contract. The purchase order. The off-take agreement. But banks are too slow. Brokers are too scattered. And equity partners want too much control.

Qualify My Deal

Description

Banks underwrite your past. Exit-Based Lending validates your future.

AltFunds Global provides accredited investors with strategic access to institutional capital. This is not traditional lending. AFG is not a lender. We are your capital access partner and strategic connector—preparing your deal and aligning it with the right institutional funders.

Program Overview

Exit-Based Lending is a capital access program designed for businesses with signed, enforceable contracts and verified, creditworthy buyers. We introduce your opportunity to vetted institutional capital providers who fund based on exit potential—not personal credit scores or rigid collateral requirements.

This program operates under the name AltBridge — an alternative to standard bridging finance. AFG is the connector to institutional investors who operate these programs; AltBridge is the program itself.

AFG does not lend or manage funds. We help qualified, contract-backed businesses prepare, position, and connect with serious capital.

Industries We Serve

We work with any business that has a verifiable exit pathway through a binding, revenue-generating contract. Common sectors include:

  • Manufacturing – backed by investment-grade purchase orders
  • Real Estate – acquisitions with qualified buyer agreements
  • Infrastructure & Equipment – funded by corporate or agency contracts
  • Healthcare – linked to hospital system agreements
  • Renewable Energy – backed by utility off-take contracts
  • Construction – tied to committed buyers and enforceable exits
  • Hospitality – supported by institutional buyers or asset sales
  • Technology – enterprise-level contracts with rated entities
  • Retail & Inventory – expansion against purchase orders
  • Transportation & Logistics – funded by long-term shipping contracts
  • Environmental Markets – monetizing credits with rated counterparties

If your exit is clear, contractual, and enforceable, Exit-Based Lending may be possible.

What Sets Our Capital Access Service Apart

  • Exit-First Underwriting – Your buyer's credit profile matters more than your past
  • Institutional Capital Only – No retail loans, syndicates, or crowdfunding
  • Strategic Deal Structuring – We optimize your file for institutional review
  • Non-Dilutive – No equity dilution, no convertible structures
  • Accelerated Process – Funding may occur in 20 hours to 120 banking days, depending on deal quality and file completeness

Unlike brokers who flood the market with your file, AFG acts as a selective connector. We engage only with institutional partners who specialize in verified exits—and value structured deal flow.

Success Story

We had a $50M contract with an automotive group sitting idle for 8 months while banks stalled. AltFunds Global helped us reposition the deal and introduced us to a European funder who understood the opportunity. The deal closed in 20 hours to 120 banking days, depending on deal quality and file completeness, without giving up any equity.

This example is for illustration only. Past outcomes do not guarantee future results. All transactions are subject to due diligence and third-party underwriting.

Qualifications

You may qualify for Exit-Based Lending if:

  • You are an accredited investor or control a qualified business entity
  • You have a signed, enforceable contract with a rated or verifiable buyer
  • Your transaction size is at least $1 million
  • Your buyer has a verifiable credit history and financial transparency
  • You can provide full business documentation and cooperate with the KYC/AML review

All funding is subject to underwriting, partner alignment, and independent review.

Industries We Do Not Fund: AltFunds Global adheres to strict compliance and ethical standards. We do not provide funding or advisory services to businesses involved in restricted industries.

How It Works

  1. Book a Strategy Call – Validate the structure and strength of your deal
  2. Submit Core Documents – Contract, buyer verification, and your financials
  3. Optimize the File – AFG prepares your materials for an investor-level presentation
  4. Capital Partner Introduction – You're introduced directly to a vetted institutional funder
  5. Funding Timeline – 20 hours to 120 banking days, depending on deal quality and file completeness

AFG does not fund. We connect qualified opportunities with qualified capital—and help get you to the finish line faster.

Essential Documentation

While each deal is unique, most capital providers require:

  • Executed contract or purchase agreement with a rated buyer
  • Buyer credit documentation (financials, ratings, or credit references)
  • Business formation documents and ownership structure
  • Last two years of business financials
  • KYC/AML documents for all relevant parties
  • Fulfillment or supplier agreements (if applicable)

The funding partner may request additional items during underwriting.

Fees

Advisory Success Fee
3% of the funded amount (paid by the capital partner, not the client)
Broker Participation (if applicable)
10% of our fee, paid post-closing

AFG's advisory fee is covered by the capital provider. Clients do not pay AFG directly.

Timelines

  • Initial Deal Validation & Structuring: 7–14 business days
  • Funding Deployment: 20 hours to 120 banking days, depending on deal quality and file completeness
  • Accelerated Deals: Select transactions with clean files and enforceable contracts may fund faster—subject to review

No inflated timelines. No false promises. Just a clear path from contract to capital.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AFG or AltBridge a lender?
No. AltBridge is the name of the exit-based lending program. AFG acts as a strategic connector between qualified borrowers and the institutional investors who operate the AltBridge program. AFG does not lend, sell securities, or accept client funds.
Will my credit score affect approval?
Not directly. Our partners focus on your buyer's credit and the strength of the contracted exit.
Do you require equity?
Never. Exit-Based Lending is a non-dilutive capital model.
What if the buyer walks away?
If the contract is no longer enforceable, the deal cannot proceed. That's why we emphasize quality due diligence.
Can I qualify under $1 million?
$1M is the standard minimum. If your deal is slightly below and highly credible, we may still review it.
Who pays the AFG fee?
The institutional capital provider pays our 3% advisory success fee—not the client.

Myth-Busting

Myth 1: "Banks are more reliable."

Myth 2: "You need to give up equity to raise capital."
Reality: With enforceable contracts and real exits, non-dilutive capital is absolutely possible.
Myth 3: "Third-party capital isn't legitimate."
Reality: Our partners are licensed, regulated institutional funders.
