Can you pay most of a supplier bill, but need time on the rest?
A one-hour working masterclass on creating breathing room around a real supplier bill: pay most of it now, and use a third-party promissory note for the balance. Complimentary for qualified participants, USD 15 general admission.
Apply by Wednesday, October 28th, 5:00 p.m. ET for October 29th, or by Monday, November 2nd, 5:00 p.m. ET for November 3rd

Profitable, and still short on timing
Paying a large supplier bill in full on the due date can drain the cash the rest of the business runs on.
The business can pay most of a real supplier obligation today. Paying all of it immediately could leave too little cash for payroll, inventory, fuel, energy, materials, or the next contract.
The business is not avoiding the bill. It does not need debt forgiveness. It needs breathing room, and it is willing to pay a fee to buy time and protect the business around it.
AltFunds Global is developing a program for this under the working name CapitalKeep. It is designed for established businesses that can prove a genuine supplier obligation, pay most of it immediately, show how the balance will be paid later, and bring a supplier willing to consider the structure.
You are not avoiding the bill. You are buying time to protect the business around it.
Who this is for
Complimentary place (readiness quiz)
For people with a genuine supplier obligation or client case, and professionals in capital, insurance, law, tax, valuation, collateral, credit, accounting, or supplier payments. About three minutes.
USD 15 general admission
For anyone who wants to learn how the structure works before bringing forward a case. Direct registration, no screening.
Who may fit
Established businesses with a documented, preferably undisputed supplier obligation, the cash to pay most of it now, a clear source of repayment for the balance, and a supplier willing to review the proposal.
What CapitalKeep is not
It is not designed for a business with no cash, no repayment source, and no credible path forward. CapitalKeep is not:
- A bank loan, a bank guarantee, or an SBLC
- Proof of funds, a bank statement, or cash
- Debt forgiveness
- Guaranteed supplier acceptance, note issuance, or insurance approval
How to create breathing room around a real supplier bill
This is not a sales webinar. It is a working session to build the program around real transactions, real supplier concerns, and real market requirements. Both dates are the same session.
A simple example
The client owes a supplier $100,000. The client pays most of it directly to the supplier, a separate third-party corporate issuer provides a promissory note for the balance, and the client pays an upfront provider fee on the note amount. The client remains responsible for the deferred principal, and the supplier must knowingly and voluntarily accept the arrangement.
- Cash paid now: $75,000
- Corporate promissory note: $25,000
- Proposed provider fee at 14%: $3,500
- Immediate client cash outlay: $78,500
- Cash retained today: $21,500
- Deferred principal still payable later: $25,000
- Total paid over time before additional costs: $103,500
The $3,500 fee is separate from the $25,000 principal. Additional legal, insurance, underwriting, collateral, valuation, administration, and AltFunds Global costs may apply. This is not debt forgiveness: the client is paying a fee to gain time.

A separate third-party corporate issuer. AltFunds Global does not issue the note and does not sell insurance. AltFunds Global helps coordinate transaction review, financial structure, provider communication, repayment planning, and professional introductions.
Where appropriate, a licensed insurance professional may explore principal-only non-payment protection. Coverage is subject to underwriting and is not guaranteed. Insurance does not erase the client's obligation: if a valid claim is paid, recovery rights may remain against the client, guarantor, or collateral.
Active contributors will be considered for founding-participant benefits, including priority pilot review and preferred introductory terms once the structure is finalized.
